Sampurna College of IT & Management (SCIM) is affiliated to Patliputra University, Patna, Bihar. The college is also approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

The college offers undergraduate programs in Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), along with diploma courses in Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM), General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), and Para Medical.
